Sound One of Copestones main specialist areas is smooth, unobtrusive sound reinforcement. We have over 20 years of experience in corporate sound and take a great deal of pride in making sure that your audience hears every word. The sound system for your event will be specified very carefully to ensure that all delegates have the same aural experience no matter where they are seated. The equipment that we use is always to the highest industry standard. We carry back-ups of the key pieces and always research local suppliers and make contact beforehand so that should we require any extra equipment it can be supplied in the shortest possible time. We enable smooth and seamless speaker changeovers by looking at the final agenda and speaker running order to ensure that the correct number of lapel microphones are available. The number of hand held microphones which may be required for Q & A or impromptu interviews will be specified after considering final delegate seating arrangements. Speedy delivery avoids long pauses or missed questions. All radio microphone frequencies are checked to make sure that they comply with local licensing requirements and to ensure that we get clean signal strength. We also ensure that the venue has no other conflicting systems in operation on our show days to eliminate any interference. Consideration is always given to responsible transportation.
